Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how ISP Deliverability ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our email deliverability testing platform. By using ISP Deliverability, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at support@ispdel.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Account Data
When you register, we collect your name, email address, a hashed password (never stored in plain text), and workspace membership details. This information is required to authenticate you and associate your work with the correct workspace.
Uploaded .eml Files
When you upload a .eml file for analysis, the raw email content is stored temporarily on secure object storage for the purpose of running our deliverability analysis. .eml files are automatically purged 90 days after upload. You can delete them earlier from your account dashboard.
Parsed Metadata
After analysing a .eml file, we retain parsed metadata including: the email subject line, From/To header values, authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), spam-filter scores, and overall deliverability score. This data is retained with your account for historical reporting.
Email List Uploads
If you use our email list hygiene feature, we process CSV contact files you upload. Contacts are analysed for deliverability risk factors. Uploaded list data is stored within your account workspace and retained until you delete the list or close your account.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Binance Pay). We do not store raw card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials. We retain your subscription plan ID, subscription status, and transaction reference numbers for billing management and support purposes.
Usage Events
We track usage counts including: number of email tests run, AI advice requests made, and email list imports. This data is used to enforce plan limits and for aggregate usage analytics.
Technical Data
We collect your IP address, browser user-agent string, and session data as part of normal web application operation. This data is used for security (preventing abuse), session management, and debugging.
3. AI Advice Processing
When the AI advice feature is enabled on your account, the following data is sent to an AI API (currently Anthropic Claude) for analysis: email subject line, relevant headers (From, To, Reply-To, authentication results), email HTML/text structure indicators, and the deliverability score. We send the minimum information required to generate useful advice.
Raw email body content: We extract structural signals from the email body (link counts, image-to-text ratio, HTML structure) but do not send the full raw body text to the AI API unless it is necessary for subject/content analysis. We do not use your email content to train AI models. AI processing is optional and can be disabled in workspace settings.
4. Public Report Links
ISP Deliverability allows you to generate shareable report links (e.g., /r/{token}).
These links are accessible by anyone who has the URL — no login is required to view them. Shared
reports include the deliverability score, authentication results, and AI advice summary if enabled.
You are responsible for deciding what you share. To disable public sharing, turn off the "Share Report" toggle in your workspace settings or within individual test results.
5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained until you request account deletion.
- Uploaded .eml files — purged automatically 90 days after upload.
- Parsed analysis metadata — retained with your account for the lifetime of your account.
- Email list data — retained until you delete the list or close your account.
- Deleted accounts — all personal data is purged within 30 days of account deletion request.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@ispdel.com. We will respond within 30 days.
